    ASDC attaches great importance to training and is committed to providing each employee with both a vision and a plan for success and to properly one's individual contribution to society once recruited into the company. ASDC is committed to provide training to its employees in order to increase each employee's skills, loyalty, diligence and dedication to the company and our clients, thereby enhancing the company's overall development. The Human Resource Department is responsible for planning and implementing training programs which fall into the following categories: skill-set training and advanced training. Based upon each employee's individual work plan the company will develop skill-set training designed to supplement the professional knowledge required in the work specific area. For special technologies ASDC further provides tailored advanced training programs. As a flat-structure learning organization, ASDC further provides its training programs in multiple forms.

On Board Training
    Every new ASDC employee must receive On Board Training for at least one week in order to understand ASDC principles, culture and basic work knowledge. On Board Training includes company orientation, technical training and customer specific training.
    Company orientation training includes ASDC organization, structure, employee handbook and ASDC ethics. The HR Department is responsible for this training and is also responsible for training our employees to build an active attitude and effective good communication skills.
    Other related departments are responsible for the technical training, foreign language training, and client specific technical training.

Foreign Language Training
    In order to enhance our competitive advantage international competition, ASDC provides ongoing English and Japanese language training programs for its employees.

    Japanese language training:
    1.1 ASDC annually invites experienced Japanese teachers from the Tsinghua University to deliver Japanese language study programs, including junior, intermediate and senior standard.Annually, hundreds of ASDC employees participate. To further encourage and inspire employee participation, ASDC provides financial incentives to employees who successfully participate and develop their Japanese language abilities.
    1.2 To prepare employees to successfully engage in work and life at out Japanese subsidiary, ASDC additionally invites experienced Japanese teachers to work with targeted employees on Japanese conversation training and Japanese culture study.

    English training:
    In addition to an ongoing set of English language training classes designed to help employees to raise their levels of English written, spoken and listening comprehension, ASDC also cooperates with other English training organizations to carry on international business English language training.

Technique training
    To strengthen the core technique competencies, ASDC carries out all kinds of technique training, including technological exchange and sharing activities in a team, in order to promote agreement and raise the technique level. Our company encourages employees to take various technique qualifications attestation examination in the meantime.

Team Building

    The purpose of team building programs is to strengthen the team concept in ASDC and allow employees study how to work together effectively, efficiently and in a highly cooperative and collaborative environment.
