E-Commerce/E-Government:
1. Beijing Industry and Commerce Online Registration Service System
Provides online registration, electronic document downloading services, and initial auditing functions for government registration staff at all levels for multiple clients, such as Beijing Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce, Beijing Industry and Commerce Bureau Haidian Branch, Beijing Industry and Commerce Bureau Chaoyang Branch.
A typical MVC design model is utilized for the whole structure, using J2EE technology to develop 4-layer distributed computing and with each layer in effectively good encapsulated. The interfaces among different layers are uniform and the system has very high independence.
2. National Sports Administration Bureau Statistics Yearbook
ASDC developed an information statistics system for the National Sports Administration Bureau. The system gathers all the annual statistics for national sports programs. This includes the playing fields, stadiums, teams, coaches, athletes, etc. and reports them to the Administration Bureau for inclusion in statistical reports utilized for overall program supervision. This system is currently used by the Sports Bureau's at the provincial, municipal and district levels.
3. Ticket E-Business Platform for the Asia Cup Football Games
The 2004 Asia Cup Football Games were one of the most celebrated events in the history of China sport. China Sports and Contest Company was the designated Organization responsible for Asia Cup 2004 ticket management. As the partner of CSCC, ASDC provided an e-ticketing solution and developed a highly efficient ticket management system for on-line ticket reservation.
Finance/Insurance:
1. Financial Trading and Risk Management System for a well-known international investment bank
A large international investment bank developed a universal transaction platform for clients, providing transactions for financial derivatives (such as interest rate futures). ASDC was responsible for implementing the risk management portion of this platform (management from the point of the dealer's risk). Based on the investment bank's financial analysis model, this module provides dealers with advice and risk warnings from technical perspectives during the trading process. Through this project, ASDC acquired valuable experience based on technologies utilized with the financial sector.
2. Insurance Application Architecture Fulfillment
Based on the business workflow of insurance companies, an Australian insurance consulting services company divided the insurance business process into three levels and built corresponding models for each: data model, functional model, and business workflow model. A well known IT company purchased this modular suite and ASDC was in responsible for implementing the data model, functional model and providing tools for the internal structure design and fulfillment.
Telecommunication:
Mobile E-Commerce Platform
Based on the advantages of mobile networking and consumer scope, ASDC developed a mobile e-commerce system. In the first stage, ASDC focused on the B2C module.
The functions of the platform include: Business client management, buyer management, transaction management, marketing, service management, system management etc. Using the traditional e-commerce platform, we also developed necessary WAP and SMS transaction capabilities.
The Close combination of wireless application (messaging, color messaging, end-user of mobile phones, IVR/phone) with Web applications and mobile businesses such as GIS, LBS and two- dimensional coding has been carried out.
Matured advanced open source technical architecture and the open system architecture design plan have been adopted, which supports the visit of all Yun Nan Mobile users and users from other provinces of the country.
Retail Business:
1. Batch processing system development
Scheduled processing of various retail system files and data, then storing them in the database

2. Chain-Store Accounting Management System
Accounting management system for chain stores, used for registration, inquiry, updating and recording the daily financial status of a nation-wide inventory. The system also provides statistical analyses and generates financial statements.
Medical Business:
1. Medical Management System
Developed information processing and management system for a medical exam organization.
2. Hospital Information System
This software is designed and improved in function as a whole for the existing hospital byelaws according to "Basic Function Criteria for Hospital Information System" awarded by the Sanitation Department in April, 2002. The software provides specific solution for the actual requirements of different hospitals, in order to provide advanced management mode. It is focused on patients, and its tenet is economic account. Its goal is quality control and its data is highly shared, providing important gist for leaders' analysis and decision.
Software Research and Development:
1.JavaBean
ASDC and another well-known IT provider jointly developed the JavaBean suit. The project utilized cross-team integrated groups operating across various time zones and included PM, CTO, QA Logistics, Developer and testers. ASDC gained significant experience and industry recognition from this project, including CMM management experience and in detail expertise in related products and technology on the client's side. As a result of its contributions to the project, ASDC received JavaWorld's Editors' Choice Awards.
2. Large Medical Application System
The client's previous MRI, CT, X-ray, UL and other medical systems were based on different OS and resulted in inconvenient operation, maintenance difficulties, high cost and more importantly, divergent data that couldn't be shared or processed across systems. The new solution consolidated all medical systems into the same Windows XP OS and integrated all applications into the same framework to form a complete medical system series.
3. MPEG-4 Platform Development and Optimization
ASDC was involved in developing a long-distance education software suite (including producer, server and player software) with a well-known international company.The suite provides complete support for MPEG-4 video streaming and fully supports video encoding, distribution and playback, providing a total solution on network infrastructure.
Localization:
Product Localization for a famous international manufacturing company
ASDC provided the Chinese language localized services for an industry leading ERP application platform.The localization focused on the user interface, individual functional modules and on-line documentation and was designed to be standardized with the look, feel and function of the original English language version.
