Project Initiation:
Before every project, we will proactively communicate with clients and thoroughly understand the client's specific project requirements.
Project Estimation:
We provide a detailed project estimate based on the client's requirements. The project estimate details the work estimate, scheduling, testing and delivery utilizing either Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Project. Methods such as functional point and others are used to develop each estimate. We also further draw information from past project experience in the estimation of new projects to provide a final detailed estimate and technical proposal.
Project Plan:
A dedicated project team will be set up based on the requirements of each project. We will further develop a specific development plan, testing plan, quality assurance plan, risk management plan and training plan for each project.
Interaction Management:
Meeting Minutes ¨C Clients
We provide clients with meeting minutes that detail communication of completed meetings and the agenda of the next scheduled meeting. We utilize this standard to track and follow each and all type of interactions during project by telephone call, conference call, email exchange, messaging and face-to-face personal meetings.
Meeting Minutes ¨C Internal
We provide clients with details of the internal meetings stating observations and task list for various team members. We utilize this standard to track and follow each internal interaction during project.
Project Development Process:
Managed by Project Manager and supported by experienced Architecture Officer, the development team will make a evaluation plan per client requirements.
Change management:
We utilize our own request change management module.With this tool we document the source of each change request (whether internal or from the client) the scope and reason for the change, and further detail the analysis of the change request on the entire product or individual module have our own request changes management module.
